I charge a 50% no-show fee which will result in being unable to book again in the future. A “no show” is considered after a client is over 15 minutes late without any communication. I will not be able to accept clients who are more than 15 minutes late even with communication as I am usually running clients back to back. I completely understand that things come up so clients are allowed to cancel within 24 hours before their appointment time. Thank you kindly.
